Youthful Perpetrator Gets Life Behind Bars Punishment with Minimum 16-Year Period
An 15-year-old adolescent has been sentenced to life behind bars with a minimum duration of 16-year period for the killing of fellow pupil Harvey Willgoose during a midday recess.
